Merry Christmas from DTS

Hi all,

As Christmas is fast approaching and with many of you about to put your feet up for a well-deserved break over the festive period, I wanted to take this opportunity to firstly pass on a sincere thank you to all of our clients, partners and suppliers for your wonderful support for DTS throughout 2017, and we look forward to continuing to work together to supply excellent business grade services into 2018 and beyond.

On reflection, 2017 has been a very challenging year for us here at DTS as we have experienced a significant period of change internally over the past 12 months, however we’ve continued to grow at a rapid pace in terms of new customer uptake, and as a result we’ve grown our support team to ensure that our clients get (or continue to get) the high level of technical support they require.

I’ll bullet point some of the highlights for me this year:

· Exceptional growth in new business customers throughout Australia (which is forecast to steadily increase throughout 2018 as well).

· Record billable calling minutes throughout New Zealand and Australia consistently month on month.

· The total number of individual tail circuits we have ordered this year has hit levels never seen before.

· Our Direct customer portal has recently been upgraded with a more feature rich platform to enhance our clients’ user experience.

· We’ve continued to invest heavily into our own core network with the most notable highlight being the increased backhaul diversity between Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch with additional geographically diverse routes now live.

All in all, DTS is in the best shape it has ever been and it is not lost on us that because of you we are in this position today, so again thank you very much for continuing to work with us.

Moving into 2018 and beyond, we’re in the process of rolling out some new products to the market that will further enhance our service offering in an ever challenging market, so watch this space as we’ll be making announcements most likely very early next year.
