With Christmas fast approaching and in preparation for the madness that the festive season brings, I wanted to get in early to advise you of our brown out timeframes during this period.
DTS Brown Out Period Commences: 15th December 2023, from 5.00PM
DTS Brown Out Period Finishes: 10th January 2024, at 8.00AM
Please note, during the brown out period there will be delays for new fibre builds, as well as number portability, and configuring & dispatching new hardware which may be delayed until the New Year (if ordered during this period).
For our Hosted PABX (voice) clients, should you require any phone system changes over the Christmas/New Years period, can you please make sure these are submitted no later than the 15th of December by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling our support desk on 0508 387 669 (Option 2).
DTS will be operating a skeleton crew over the Xmas period too, so if you need to reach us for technical, sales or accounts assistance, we’ll be available as normal but in a reduced capacity until the 10th of January 2024.
