DTS Christmas Embargo Period 2024-2025
Hi
Everyone,
As
we are only a few weeks away from bidding farewell to 2024, that also means we
are nearing the beginning of our Christmas embargo period, that will impact any
new internet and voice service provisioning over an approximate 3-week period.
The
commencement and cease dates for DTS’ official Christmas Embargo period is as
follows:
Start
Date: Monday the 16th December 2024 8.00AM
End
Date: Monday the 13th January 2025 8.00AM
Any
new fibre builds or new phone systems builds and number porting can still be
ordered during the Christmas Embargo period, however progress will be halted
until after 13th of January, so if you need us to provision any
internet or voice services urgently, please make sure you get in touch with your
DTS account manager (sales), or our support desk, prior to the Christmas Embargo
commencing to ensure you don’t miss the boat prior to going on holiday.
For
our Hosted PABX (voice) clients, if you can please make sure that any phone
system changes that your business may require over the Christmas break are
submitted to our voice team no later than 12.00pm on Wednesday the 18th
of December 2024 – you can email support@dtsanz.com,
or call our support team on 0508 387 669 (option 2) to request these changes on
or before the day/time specified above.
We’ll
remain open over the Christmas break with reduced sales, technical and admin
staff available during that period, therefore if you need us for anything,
whether it be to lodge new orders or for technical support, we can be reached via
the following means:
