Hi Everyone,

Here we go again!

Last year we all proved how effective a level 4 lockdown is in terms of stamping out Covid-19, now with the Delta variant in the community we all need to play our part again to ensure the spread is minimised, but hopefully for a much shorter period.

Just to remind everyone, DTS is open for business, given we are an essential service provider to the general public throughout Australasia, so if our clients need anything at all during the lockdown period please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via the usual contact methods.

There will inevitably be some delays with any new fibre builds during this period in particularly given site access is required by field engineers to install services to your businesses and homes, therefore progress will commence once the strict lockdown measures have been lifted, which hopefully won’t be too long!

There are a number of services we can process throughout this period, where timeframes haven’t been negatively impacted, such as:

  • Circuit upgrades/churns
  • Intact ONT activations
  • New voice orders/number porting
  • Dispatching managed hardware/phones on request (although expect courier delays)

If there are any unforeseen issues or delays with the above service activations/dispatches, these will be communicated with you as soon as possible.

I hope you, your staff and your families all remain safe and well throughout what we all hope is a short lockdown, and we look forward to seeing you all again very soon.
