Merry Christmas from DTS!

Hi everyone,

Where do the years go? 2022 seems to be
over in a flash!

We can probably all agree it has been a
strange old year with many lingering Covid related issues, such as, but not
limited to, getting stock, staff, and the rising costs of pretty much
everything these days, having an impact on all business sectors throughout New
Zealand and Australia.

One massive positive from this year that I
have enjoyed is getting back to meeting people ‘face to face’ and spending
quality time in person with our clients and partners alike.

It’s funny that we’ve struggled through the
last couple of years doing business by and large without having the option to
meet over a coffee/beer or a meal, and to get back to doing that has felt like
a real treat!  

I’d like to extend a massive thank you to all
our customers, channel partners, resellers and suppliers for all of your
support this year and look forward to working with you all into 2023 and
beyond. Without your support there wouldn’t be a DTS, and we truly appreciate
everything you do for us!

I hope you all get a chance to recharge
your batteries over the coming weeks and I wish you all a busy and productive

At this time of year our fibre and voice
providers all go into their respective brown outs/embargos starting from the 16th
December, that end on the 10th of January 2023
, which basically
means any new fibre builds or new phone systems requiring numbers to be ported
across will be halted until the new year, so if you need anything done urgently
please make sure you get in touch with your DTS account manager (sales), or our
support desk, to ensure you don’t miss the boat prior to going on holiday.

For our Hosted PABX (voice) clients, if you
can please make sure that any phone system changes that your business may
require over the Christmas break are submitted to our voice team no later than
the 15th of December 2022 – you can email support@dtsanz.com, or call our support
team on 0508 387 669 (option 2) to request these changes.     

We’ll remain open over the Christmas break,
so if you need us for anything, whether it be to lodge new orders or for
technical support, we can be reached via the normal means although we will be
operating with a skeleton crew during that period.
