voice customers, specifically our Hosted PABX clients, please make sure you get
your Christmas phone messages/diversion requests in before 5pm on the 15th
of December 2023, otherwise you may run the risk of these changes not being
made in time.
official Christmas brown out period, that specifically impacts voice provisioning,
number porting as well as connectivity provisioning and fibre/network builds, commences
this Friday at 5pm on the 15th of December, with regular voice and data provisioning
returning to normal from the 8th of January.
require support over the Christmas and New Year break, we still have our
