Description / Impact Expected Dear customer,

As part of our continuous development DTS is moving to a new voice platform. Over the last few months we have completed a lot of work in getting ready for migrating customers to the new platform.
You are being contacted as now we need to move your services to our new platform. This migration will be coordinated with the voice team and should be fairly non-invasive. The process will be similar to a number port.
This migration will mean that your devices will need to be updated to connect to the new platform.
In preparation for this the new login details will be sent separately
The old platform will be decommissioned by 30th September.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
