Urgent VSP Softphone Software updates

Description / Impact Expected Dear Customer,
As part of our continuous development, DTS has moved to a New VSP Softphone platform. Over the last few months, we have migrated All VSP customers to the new platform.

The current versions of the Windows and Mac Desktop VSP applications are being redirected to go to our updated server, but still require the original server in place.

In order to complete the migration, Windows & Mac users will need to update to the latest VSP Softphone solution before 5:00pm Friday 31 March 2023.

If your network is locked down & you do not have Local Administrator Access on your computer, you may require assistance from your IT Support to install the new software versions.
Mobile applications for Android & iPhone will automatically update over the next several days via their respective App Stores.

If you have installed VSP since the beginning of Jan 2023, please check your version and build number & update, if necessary.
New VSP Softphone builds:
VSP for Windows (6.5.5.2 Build 114206): http://vsp.mobi/clients/VSPSoftphone.msi
VSP for Mac (v6.5.5.2 Build 114235): http://vsp.mobi/clients/VSPSoftphone.dmg

The original VSP Server will be closed down in Early April 2023. Failure to update to the new VSP Software will result in the VSP App being unable to Login!
