This Unplanned Event has now been resolved.
DTS engineers have found a temporary solution. This temporary solution does high latency or slow browsing and, in the meantime, engineers are working on a permanent solution.

During a planned outage last night part of the network didn’t restore. We are working on a temporary solution to restore services.
