Hopefully, we are entering the home stretch of the Level 4 lockdowns and subsequent restrictions currently in place here in NZ, but the uncertain part is whether we do actually go back to Level 3 next week or not and if we do, what that is going to look like for businesses throughout NZ in particular.
For those of us who are fortunate enough to do so, working from home has seen some businesses continuing to trade with minimal disruption which is fantastic. Some have even raised the idea of working from home permanently, especially if their overall productivity isn’t compromised.
With that said, a common complaint we’ve had from our customers is around the quality of their residential grade home connectivity, and general performance issues made more prevalent now that children are doing home-based learning online for the foreseeable future, and whether there is anything we can do to assist.
