A better broadband experience for New Zealand businesses

DTS COVID 19 Response – August 2020

Hi everyone,

With the recent government announcement that the Auckland region will be moving to Covid-19 Alert Level 3, and all other regions in New Zealand moving to alert level 2, DTS has now enacted our business continuity plan and all staff are working from home until further notice.

This will not have an impact on DTS’ day to day operations and I want to reassure our customers, wholesalers and channel partners that we are still very much open for business and can be contacted via the usual means for any accounts, support and sales-related matters.

Even though the Auckland region is in Alert Level 3, we can continue to place orders for new fibre services as normal, however, you may experience delays due to reasons outside of our control, such as but not limited to; site access issues and/or staffing restrictions from our local fibre providers, impacting their ability to provision new fibre builds.

The provisioning of all other DTS services remains largely unaffected and standard provisioning and lead times will apply unless advised otherwise.

Due to the heightened Covid-19 restrictions throughout New Zealand, we will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that your own safety, as well as the safety of DTS staff isn’t compromised during this period, and will be working under the guidelines as set out by the NZ government until a change of Alert level has been achieved.

Please stay safe out there and we hope to see the back end of this horrible virus in the very near future!
