| Description / Impact Expected | Dear customer, As part of our continuous development DTS is moving to a new VSP Softphone platform. Over the last few months we have completed a lot of work in getting ready for migrating customers to the new platform. You are being contacted as now we need to move your services to our new platform. This migration will be coordinated with the voice team and should be fairly non-invasive.
